Constipation help ??? Any meds ? I'm dying

A diet high in fire will help. I was really badly constipated. I had all those Metamucil, fibrogel kind of stuff so I have 2 bowls of saltana bran a day an it works for me.

I did but I started taking a daily fibre supplement that's pregnancy safe. It's worked wonders for me. The one I take is relatively inexpensive. It's called Fybogel if it's available where you are.

You know you're pregnant when...haha. I take a tablespoon of flax seed every morning in a glass of milk or on cereal/yogurt. It does WONDERS. Gopd luck!

Put peppermint essential oil in the toilet before you sit down. Drink lots of water, coconut water is good since it has magnesium.

my OB recommended Metamucil... I like the orange powder stuff.  It works great!
