We all get emotional at times, but maybe you should talk to someone if the feelings don't go away or continue to get worse. And always remember: you are special, you are beautiful, and you are worth it!! I hope things get better for you soon, keep your head up :)

Being emotional is normal, but having suicidal thoughts is not. If you're depressed and contemplating suicide, please speak to your doctor. If these feelings only start when you're pmsing, it's possible that hormonal birth control can help. Otherwise, talk to your doctor about seeing a therapist or starting a medication. 
​Take it from someone who has been there. The sooner you get help, the easier it is to recover.

Yes it's part of being a woman. God gave us these crazy hormones and this wonderful body we live in. When you get those crazy emotions try channeling them into something constructive that you like doing:) and is it going to be easy. The answer is no your not going to feel like it but once you do you will feel extremely better.
