Flu and ovulation

I am on my 6th round of clomid and i went to the doc on my 13th day of my cycle to see if i had any folicles. I had one big one that they said i would ovulate on Sunday or Monday. Well Saturday i came down with the flu and i had a temp of 102.8 until Monday. I was wondering if the fever killed the egg or not! Hubby and i did do the baby dance Monday but idk if i should get my hopes up this month due to the flu? Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
