Pregnant and quitting smoking

Elizabeth • Mommy of one beautiful girl, and twin boys (:
I can admit, I'm addicted to cigarettes. It's such a bad habit. With my first I tried quitting multiple times. I was smoking a pack and a half a day. When I got the positive, went straight to 3 cigarettes a day. Yet couldn't kick it completely. I regret this everyday. My daughter is healthy, very healthy at that. No problems. This time, I was smoking less than half a pack a day, just got the positive, and I have cut back drastically again, but I can't kick it. I'm almost 5 weeks. And the cravings for them are horrible. Yet I feel so sick when I smoke half a cigarette so I toss the rest of it. It's so hard to resist at least a hit of one. Any ideas on how to keep my self occupied? I have gum, suckers, been cleaning, I start school on the 13th so I know I'll be distracted, but I have to stop this now. I plan on being completely done by Friday. It's so hard. I have cut out the night cigarettes. I'm stuck on the morning one. I start feeling very on edge. Haven't snapped out yet. But it's only a matter of time before that starts. Please help me.
