Is this baby I'm feeling??

I'm 10w 5d pregnant with my second baby. I felt my daughter move at about 15-16weeks. I've just been sat down and in the place where I detect baby heartbeat with home doppler I just felt the sensation of like someone tickling me in one spot. It hard to describe lol.
