Trying....

I've had two laparoscopy`s one to remove a huge cyst from around my left fallopian tube and then another to confirm that i have endometriosis but its not very bad. My husband and I have been trying for 4 yrs to conceive with no luck... i was just wondering if anyone else had these same problems and what do you recommend... tia
