Preeclampsia?

Question

Help!  Past two days I noticed my face and feet were swollen, then today I noticed my shins and feet were so swollen it hurt to stand and I hopped on the scale and I had gained 8 pounds in two days? What's happening? What do I do?

go to your doctor NOW!!! i had a severe case of preeclampsia and i gained over 30 pounds in a month! my kidneys were shutting down and i had fluid on my lungs. My daughter was born via emergency c-section at 25w/3d (9/22/14)! she is doing great and so am i! better safe than sorry! good luck and prayers!
