Weight

I'm 16 and I'm having a problem. I'm stressed a lot and often times forget to eat or I just don't ever have the appetite to. I eat at least once a day but it's like just eating a bag of chips makes me full.  I don't want to be skinnier I actually want to gain weight but I just feel like I have to force food down my throte I don't know what to do and it's starting to worry me... Could I maybe have an unintentional eating disorder
