Letrozole max
My doctor prescribed me letrozole/ femara and because I live in a town without an ultra sound technician all I do is take the pills . Fist month I did 5.0 mg from cd 3-7Had a positive but ended up being a chemical 2nd month I decided to try 7.5 mg cd 3-8 no positive 3rd month ( this month ) I lost my mind and decided to go all in as an experiment Cd 2 40 mg

Cd 9 25 mg
Cd 10 20 mg
Cd 11 20 mg So far no side effects except dry mouth and spotting and minor blood clot in nose Those seem to be normal side effects .I did read about a few studies where they tried 60 mg on day 3 just one dose and got good results. Anyhoo wish me luck , I'm 41 with no children, my boyfriend just had a vasectomy reversal 5 months ago
