Ovulating twice?

So me and my hubs have been ttc off and on for 22 months now (I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks, right toward the start of our trying) my cycle started on the 18th of September and my period ended the 25th (I have regular, long, painful periods) but last Friday (the 3rd) I had a Sonohysterogram and started bleeding later that day, and the bleeding continued until yesterday (the 8th) and my OB-GYN said the procedure probably just made my period start early. So my Q is, do you think I will ovulate again? Or will my ovulation be off now for a little while? (In the meantime me and my hubby will keep trying though)
