What do you do when you and your partner disagree about more children. Just wondering?

So I have a boy that's three and now I am on my second child which is a girl. Yay, god has blessed me so greatly. However, ever I never thought I would have kids and I thought after this child  my family would be complete. So I decided to have my tubes tied. Yes I considered my husband in this every chance he turns around he is like well I'm done now don't need to have no more. Me I do not want any more what so eve I'm good. But as I told him today I got set up to have my tubes tide. He was upset and saying I was limiting us. I do not want any more kids. He's not saying yes or no that he wants more. But in the end I do not. I have my decision already in my head but wondering how everyone else feels on this tipic.
