Ovulation vs. implantation

Hello!

So I think I O'd this past weekend. I had intense ovulation pains on Sunday. Now today I have dull cramps in the center of my lower abdomen near my hip bones. Is that implantation pain or still ovulation pain? I think I'm becoming obsessed with knowing!
