I don't get it

So I have been on this app for a few weeks now and I still don't understand how to judge what type of CM I have. I read the qualifications for each one but I always feel like it could be more than one. I want this app to be as accurate as possible but I don't feel like I'm helping very much since i cant judge very well... What gives?
