Early pregnancy symptoms suffered mc end of August

I suffered a mc end of August and my AF went back to normal and it was September 24-27 and we had sex every day up until yesterday all through my ovulation days. And I'm having cramming and lower back pain nausea and a lot of clear cm with bad headaches.. And when I went through the mc I had all these symptoms but I had very tender boobs but not this time.
