Boyfriend recently started ignoring me during his lunch break

He used to pick me up for lunch every day and when he couldn't he would text me the whole time, but all this week he "disappears" from his phone and won't pick me up for lunch, always texts me after lunch and says sorry no service or he ran out of time.... Should I be concerned about anything??
