Am I pregnant?

My boyfriend and I were doing some foreplay and he put the tip in without a condom. We've done this before so I wasn't worried until I realized my period didn't came the day it should. It's been 7 days since that and i'm overthinking everything and getting stressed because of this. It would really help if someone told me there's no chance I'm pregnant.
