Does he want another kid or not?

I just had a beautiful baby girl 9 weeks ago. I have been trying since before i gave birth as to whether or not he wants to have more kids. On some days he says yes and on others he says no. A bit of background we had 2 miscariages prior to conceiving. I'm not sure if he is worried about having trouble conceiving again. Also I'm about to turn 31 and he is 40. So I'm not sure if he is worried about his age. I just want to know how to get him to decide. I mean I would love at least one more. I just need him to make up his mind.
