​I went in for my 7w1d ultrasound and they told me I was messuring 5w3d and to come back in 2 week it's been 6 weeks and I haven't gone back because I thought I'd wait it out and get ultrasound after I finish bleeding but I haven't yet only twice one week ago and 2 weeks ago I wiped and had tiny amount of pink and since nothing , my boobs are swollen anymore and apart from vomiting and dry reaching I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms , in a few days going by ultrasound I'll be over the 12 week make and almost 15 weeks from last period ,, when will this start to happen ?? 

​I am booking in ultrasound next week but would like to know when others did something to speed it up or when it happened naturally
