Baby measuring small?

Question

Has anyone ever been told their baby was measuring small and had to go through a growth scan. I'm 30 weeks and they measured my belly and said the babys measuring small. It's worrying me. I go for the growth scan on Tuesday.

They told me this, even said the baby was losing weight. They had me go to many ultrasounds and a distress test and decided there was something wrong with the placenta. They rushed to induce me and I had an emergency c-section and ended up have a 9lb boy and the placenta was thick and healthy. Take everything they say with a grain of salt, it's all guess work on their part really. I stressed a lot for no reason!

At 39wks my belly was only measuring 34 or 35wks so we were sent for a stat US, she was born 6 days later weighing 7lbs 8oz ?

They're just guessing... I was told from my first scan that I was measuring HUGE! That my baby was gonna be big, and possibly two! 
​They even mentioned maybe I was gonna have to be induced and have a C-Section. ?
​My daughter was 6 pounds, 19 inches and I had her after just 3 hours of getting in the hospital- no complications, she came out on the 5th push! Lol 
​I'm sure you and your baby will be fine! :)

My girlfriend had a baby that always measured small by like a lot. We was five pounds when born which was not expected based on her and her husband. He is perfectly healthy.

My friend was told this then when her baby was born he was 8lbs 12!!

Is it your first ? I was told this aswell having my first. Went for my scan and they didn't scan me in the end apparently It was because I had good stomach muscles. I wasn't showing much even at my 20week scan! After bout 33weeks I grew a lot! Measured 54cm by week 41! Lol went over 11 days and had 8lb1 boy :) good luck though don't do to much stressing x
