I think I'm out :(

I really thought this was going to be the month. I'm 12DPO and AF is due tomorrow. Negative HPT this morning. I checked my cervix and now its high, soft, and open. My CM has what appears to be brown (old) blood in it. I'm guessing AF will be here today or tomorrow. :(
