Pregnancy question

When I got pregnant with my daughter before my AF came down I always broke out with acne only a few bumps and then when I conceived her I notice I didn't break out and that's when I knew I was pregnant and now my face is as clear as ever could it possibly be ??? & my best friends grandmother sensed I was pregnant
