Help, how long can implantation bleed last for?

I came on yesterday dinner time ish and now I've started to come off? Usually my period lasts for 5-7 days depending on how heavy... Xxx

Usually 24 hours or less

I had what I thought was implantation bleeding from the 6th - 8th, so did a test 6am on the 7th and it came back negative. Still haven't had any show of a normal period so I'm a bit stuck to what's going on too. All I can say is wait a week if there's no show of a regular period test again xx
