Vegan "Chicken" Salad a Recipe

Super yummy, easy recipe - I love it in spite of all my food aversions right now!  (7+4)
15oz drained chickpeas (I like the bag from the health food store)
1 diced Apple
1/2 cup chopped Celery
juice from a squeezed Lemon
4 tbsp chopped Onion (I like red onion)
4 tbsp Vegannaise (or regular mayonnaise)
optional:  halved grapes... chopped pecans or walnuts
1) In large bowl, mash chickpeas
2) Stir all the ingredients together
3) Enjoy!  With a spoon or as a sandwich or as a dip with chips...
