TTC after heterotropic pregnancy/double miscarriage

Lauren
Hi all, so this is my first month trying to conceive #1 after I had surgery to remove my right tube after an ectopic pregnancy in July. I actually conceived two babies that month, one implanted inside the uterus normally but the other remained in the tube. Sadly, I miscarried the normal pregnancy and then when my hormone level was still increasing weeks later, they discovered the ectopic. This pregnancy complication apprently only happens to 1 in 30,000 ppl naturally but is more common with assisted reproduction (1 in 10,000). I wanted to share this news with ppl to make sure they are aware of this possibility, in the hope others might be able to pick up on it earlier and not suffer as much. I was also wondering if anyone else has had experience with falling pregnant following a heterotropic? I'm nervous to try again as this all happened on our very first month ttc!
