I always have small blood clots on my period . I think it should be fairly normal unless the clotting persists. If you start bleeding dark brown/black blood, go see your doctor.

As u get older ur period changes as well. I use to b 28 and 5 like clockwork. Now it's more like 34 and 4. I've had blood clots before that I thought were pretty big but if u sit a lot that could also b a reason .

I'm not so sure why this has happened to you. But I have read that tampons can cause blood clots never the less still be safe and go and have it checked out.
