Tired.. doing too nuch?

I am 5w5d this morning I went grocery shopping and put it all up, total of 3 hrs then cleaned for 2 and realized I have not ate.. I started feeling a lot of pressure like blood going to my head. I drank 2 bottles of water, ate and took 1 Tylenol Es. I gotta remember I need rest

Tylonal is the only aches and pains meds that my doctor says is safe to take through out the entire pregnancy and don't worry you body will let you know your limits. Just remember that when you do get a break enjoy it but don't get lazy its a hard habit to break once you get used to it. You can do it Super Mom!

Excuse me: but WHY are you taking medicaments during your first Trimester of pregnancy???? In Germany you shouldn't take ANY pills without asking your doc and a REALY need to take. It's just too risky....
​Yes. I think you are doing much to much! You should slow down.... Rest a few times a day and don't do shopping tours for hours.... ? later you've realized that you were doing to much. Do yourself a favour and do nearly all things in slow motion...  You'll like it when you get used to it.
