Miscarriage? (Graphic Picture)

I am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. All day I have been experiencing cramping (mild to moderate and inconsistently) and have been spotting. This is what it looks like when I wipe. Could I be having a miscarriage?

Any time you have cramping AND spotting or bleeding you're supposed to call your doctor ASAP!!!!!!!!!

At any point has it been bright red? I had one in sept. And when the bleeding started it was spotting and bright red. Not dark at all until I started to pass everything.

I would definitely go ahead and call your Dr. and go to the E.R.

I hope everything is fine though!
