Time to get Pregy?

Question

Im 30. Will be 31 on the 5th. With the way things are now,i feel comfortable having a child before marriage. Plus, im 30!So i am going to begin the process. I have an appt with an OB GYN. This is new to me. I dont even know what questions to ask. Any suggestions.

Try and relax 30 is still super young. I had my first a year ago at 39 conceived naturally first month TTC off of BC. Trying again for another and I'm 40

They will ask about your cycles and your body. Are they regular, how regular etc. . . If you haven't been trying a year some will just talk to you and say well lets see what happens after you try for a while.

Hi! Just turned 30 myself and just started ttc #1 too. I made an appt w/ a new dr because i wasn't very comfortable with mine. I asked her all sorts of questions regarding my health, do's and don'ts and chances to conceive, etc. It is also important to know that you and your dr are on the same page. For me, it was important to find a dr who would listen to me and not treat me like i have no voice in how my kid should be born (that's the problem i was having with my old dr), as i want to be heard and informed of all the procedures being made and i want the least interventions possible.

​I have been with my partner for 6.5 years and i am also sooo ok with getting pregnant before marriage. Besides, have you seen how cute pregnant brides look?! :)
