My fiancée and I are trying to have our first child. However I missed my period this month. I don't want to get his or my hopes up. I normally start my cycle on the 10-11th of every month. I have not had cramps,breaking out in acne but I do have a little lower back ache, along with headaches, and just sleep a lot like I would when I'm on my cycle. Can someone please help me make sense of it?!
