When did you announce your pregnancy to friends and family?

I'm pregnant with my third and hubby wants to keep it hush hush until around Christmas which would make me about 20 wks. I'm finding it really hard!

We're going to announce our second baby after we have our scan and know everything is okay. I want to be sure the little one is growing and developing in a healthy way! I'm a worrier so I need to know.
