Pregnant or not pregnant?

August 15th I got my Nexplanon out. We bd'ed that night and weekend. I never had a period while I had the implant in. My normal cycles were between 28-30 days apart usually at the end of the month. September 27-28th I started spotting then stopped. I have been feeling every pregnancy symptom known besides the sore breasts but I didn't get that with my 1st child either. The nausea and the headaches are the same as it was with my first. I have been taken hpt and getting negatives. I ovulated around the 14th-15th so in August and September we bd'ed those days as well. I go to get a beta test done in two days but what do u guys think?
