Confused ?

I'm new to Glow, I've been TTC for the past 6 years. I had PID which resulted in the removal of my right ovary and fallopin tube, my left ovary is fine however my fallopin tube is blocked/damaged due to scar tissue. Last month I didn't have a complete cycle I spotted for 4 days(very dark blood) Breast are tender. Took a test and not preggo ?, I stated spotting again today and my cycle isn't due for another 2 weeks. Scared to retest any advice??
