Do all pregnancy tests detect early pregnancy?

My AF is due tomorrow....I've taken a few tests 2 being first response which I'm sure I did too early those were both neg, I also got a couple from the dollar store which I heard were pretty sensitive , I did one yesterday and today and both were still neg. I am also pretty crampy today I usually get cramps a few days before my AF, but they just started today.... Am I just being completely impatient or is that a good sign im not pregnant?

Most pregnancy tests have a sensitivity of 25 mIU... If you are wanting a sensitive kind look for a sensitivity of 10 mIU

My first response was very very faint and my dollar store test was pretty dark. My af is due Thursday as well. Good luck

I don't think they all detect early pregnancy. For my 1st pregnancy my HPT didn't show up positive until 1 week after my missed period... so far 3 days after missed period... TTC#2... GOOD LUCK

I got a faint line with my BFP a few days before AF was due and a darker line the day she was supposed to show! I just used blue dye tests which everyone on here seems to dislike but they worked for me! Now 10 weeks along :)
