Flying while pregnant?

We are 6 weeks pregnant. We have an anniversary trip planned for April (will be 33 weeks pregnant) and I am wondering if that is too late in the pregnancy to fly? Thoughts or experiences?

It varies from airline to airline but the cutoff for the airline I'm flying with at the weekend is after 24 weeks you need a doctors note and they won't allow you to fly under any circumstances after 32 weeks. Also your doctor may ask you not to go to far after a certain point :)

Its very risky to fly that far along in pregnancy. Ask your doctor to be sure.

In Europe no company would let you fly after your 32th week. Because of probability of preterm labor. So better ask your doc about. Your belly will be big at that time - that'll make it realy uncomfortable to sit in an airplane.... Maybe try to make your trip 2-3 month earlier....
