Conception or ovulation?
Hi everyone!
I have been tracking my periods and TTC using Glow for the past 4 or 5 months and not been able to get pregnant. This month I had sex 3 times within my fertile window and now two days after my window I am experiencing a mild cramping in my lower abdominal area and a milky white discharge. Does anyone know from experience if this is a sign of ovulation or conception?
