Common cold while pregnant..?

Is there anything I can take for this terrible cold I have? It came out of no where and its agonizing..9w2d.

Tylenol cold. I have a while list of studf from my ob that tells me what is safe to take. There is more on there, but im not sure what it all has on it

Don't take any medicaments while pregnancy! It's to risky for the baby. You should simply stay in bed! If you take some pills - they just cover your symptoms but don't do anything good for your body. You are more tempt to overstrain yourself if you take any pills. Talk to your OBGYN what to do.

I spoke to my pharmacist as I had a cold. Unfortunately there's not much. I used Young Living Essential Oils... Thieves specifically. It helped. And honey lemon tea
