TTC: Need advice

My husband and I are trying for our first. I came off BC last September and had some problems. Went to Dr. Done blood work and she out me on provera. Had period in March and may but nothing since then. Dr said it was hormone imbalance but did t give me anything. She said I could still conceive without periods as long as I was ovulating. I'm 27 and would like to have a child be 30. Husband is 30
