period + nausea ?

Has anyone ever experienced nausea with their period?

Me too. A couple of days before I start I wake up and it's like I have morning sickness to the point of throwing up then am nauseous all day.

Sometimes along with feeling lightheaded and off balance.

Yes, to the point of actually vomiting. I found that ginger altoids are a real stomach saver.

I have nausea right before & for the first few days of my period. I'm 34 & this just started about a year ago.

Ugh. This has never happened to me before. I was 2 days late and thought I was pregnant. Good to know others have had this. Thanks ladies
