No period. 44 days late! Help?!

I had my birth control taken out the 16th of August.. I haven't received a period yet. Is this normal? pregnancy tests say negative, I'm having cramping but nothing comes.

Its been 7months and my cycles are still 47days..was on pill 10yrs. So it will take awhile

Going off of your birth control does weird things to your body because it's readjusting...I went off of my pill a couple months ago and the first month I skipped my period and the 2nd  month off the pill my period lasted for 3 weeks...

Honestly it could be your body re-adjusting to your natural hormones from having birth control. I would check with a doctor to be safe, but that is usally what it is.
