Can u help with advice and wat could b wrong?

My period is like 53 days apart. My period past was only lile 2 days but I kept a pad on the third day and counted just incase but there no spotting. My whole "period" was mainly spotting. Now I start my period in about 6 days. But for a couple weeks now my nipples been hurting . Like needles jus stabbing me or a tattoo on my nipples! It hurts to wear a bra and have my man touch them. I been having major lower back pain that it could be because of my sleeping spot. But lil bit of nausea and alot of insomnia at night.

Idk whats wrong with me ?
