Yes it actually worked for me the first time I used it with my second child! I also have a friend who used it and it worked the first time for her as well!

I think it's meant for those who have light CM as it helps sperm travel better.  This is our second month using it - in the TWW now.

I've read plenty of posts on FF, ladies swear by this stuff. They all say to apply/insert it 20-30 min prior to intimacy, to allow it to warm.
