when will you tell your parents?

we want to tell our parents as aoon as we find out because we are really close with them and see them several times a week...do you think its okay?

Having recently had a chemical miscarriage at 5 weeks, it was easier to say hey, I need your support here is what happened than yay! We are pregnant and then having to drop the bad news. I am a strong supporter of the 12 week-14 week rule. But it's all about how you feel and what makes you most comfortable.

I straddle the fence. I tell my mom every time so she can be my fallout support if/when I have another MC. But, she & DH are the only ones to know until viability.

I say, it's up to you and your partner. If you both feel comfortable, there's nothing wrong with telling them early. I can only imagine how excited you must be. I know it's often said to wait after a few months incase something happens, but the beauty of telling your parents early is that, you'll get to rejoice together early on and if something should happen (God forbid it does) you'll have the comfort and support of your family. Rejoice and share your exciting news whenever you are ready to. Congratulations and many blessings for a happy and healthy pregnancy.

I personally would wait a bit I told everyone in July when we got pregnant then in Sept I had to tell them the horrible news of losing the baby!
