A lot of sperm comes out after sex-normal?

After my husband and I have sex, I try not to move around much because a lot of his sperm comes out if I do. Is this normal? Does this affect us getting pregnant?

It's just semen. Not sperm unless it's the dead ones. The good ones and the hard workers are already where they need to be, on their way up.
