Siatica
I think I am developing siatica in my left side butt. It has been on and off but this morning at prenatal class we were doing floor work and now it's a constant pain. Not shooting down my leg but centralized and if I shift my weight it's really sharp. Any suggestions on how to help or what I can do to relieve some of the pain?
