Is 8dpo too early?

My husband and i have our 1 year wedding anniversary coming up and we have been ttc for 2 months. It would be the perfect anniversary gift if I told him I was pregnant! Is 8dpo too early for testing?

Yes. You may get a positive, but I know I wouldn't believe a neg that early.

Girl. I am 9 dpo. Took a test this morning. Nothing. Took a test this afternoon and got a faint line! If you have a bunch of tests like me, go ahead and do it! Just know that no right now doesn't mean no in 6 hours.

Yeah I would wait till closer to when AF is due... You'll most likely get a negative at 8 dpo
