Polycystic Ovaries

Anyone having trouble? I have PCOS and have to go on meds to conceive.. Just got my period after 3 1/2 months. What are some helpful meds? My annual is next week. Doctor said going to give me something to get me regular on menstruation and ovulation. Anyone else going through this as well?
