Glow fertile time?

Do you believe in the fertile time listed on Glow? Or do you test? Or do you keep track of tempature?

I use it as a rough guideline but I use OPKs

Glow was right for me! I made sure to track my periods for around 6 months and averaged the days so I was able to put my average cycle length (42 days) into glow to make it more accurate

I just use  glow and my days both are about the same days
