I feel so bad for my SO.  He is so good and patient with me but i absolutely never have a sex drive.. How do you put out when you just don't wanna??

Ever since we had our son (6 years ago), I've had this problem.  I enjoy it very much once we get started but getting to that point took a lot of energy.  My dr suggested going on dates to bring back some spark. And the more we have sex now the more I want it. Try at least having sex 1 time a week if you can and then try to build on that. Find new positions or whatever to make it fun and get you in the mood. If nothing else, talk to your dr.

I can't really see my doctor now i just switched insurances.. it might be that I'm not way attracted to him, but probably even more that i feel really uncomfortable with my own body. I'm overweight and don't feel sexy at all.

I was like that with my ex husband. And every other man I'd been with, except for the last two. I think my issue was just that I wasn't physically attracted.
