Im a planner and like to be prepared. That way I can also focus on the name and have it ready to go and I'm just a huge planned and I find I feel more in control of something so much out of my control if I know everything haha.

Yep! I feel the same as Aerianna. Plus I am waaaay too impatient not to find out. We've considered keeping it a secret from everyone else but I know how hard it is to find gender neutral baby stuff.

DH and I totally want the surprise when we finally get to hold the little one. My mom didn't know for 3/4 of us and she said it was the best feeling when the doctor said "It's a..." But with my baby sister her and my father opted to find out ahead of time and she felt robbed of the surprise. So much to the disdain of everyone I know we won't find out when we finally get pregnant ?

Hubby wants to know right away, but I want to have a gender reveal at the baby shower so I'm not bombarded with gender stereotypes at the baby shower. And also because I think gender reveals are awesome. ☺

We only want one baby and decided a long time ago that we would wait ? well.. I decided lol DH wants to find out but he can't do that without me lol so wait it is ?? I win!

Thanks for the imput...i think when i get pregnant i will have a envelope with ultrasound pic and what the gender is and seal it until i would have the baby but that might be alittle anxious to open it

Seeing how we are trying for #2 I asked the hubby if we could make it a surprise, and he said yes. We bought mostly all neutral baby gear with our first, so we don't mind waiting to see if we need to buy different colored clothes!
