When do you tell work?

Just wanted to know how long do you wait to tell work?

I don't ever want to tell them!  I'm in an office of all guys & always feel like I'm always having to prove my abilities... I don't want them to think I can't keep up.  Besides that I'm not married & I don't want to be judged or talked about for that.

Realistically it's tough every day because I AM struggling at work.  Gonna try to wait until 13wks...I'm 8+4 now.

I'm waiting btw 8-12wks when chances of MC drop to 1%. It's a small office so it'll be obvious when I'm not feeling well etc, but also don't want the whole office knowing my business . I've only told my direct supervisor because of Dr appts and my co-worker who is also pregnant, for support.

I had to tell them immediately, I work in a residential home so whilst there is no lifting my unit has patients with dementia on and there not afraid at lashing out. So came back to nightshift tonight to the easiest unit out of the four and I got my feet up taking it easy. I'm 5wks today currently 03.36am!! And chilling listening to a Christian radio station!

I work at a restaurant so I have to lift heavy things and I never get a day off so I told them about 6 weeks in that I'd be requesting a day off here and there for appointments and what not and I cannot lift heavy things

I was thinking of telling my Manager soon becaise of dr. Appointments and such. Plus this is my second and I feel terrible and I am only 3w5d. :(
